Recently, when I hooked up my caravan to my F250 the lights would all work, then after a while the front lights on the F250 worked but rear lights failed as did the indicators and the caravan lights also failed.
Then when I removed and replaced the fuse to the module ( although it wasn't broken ) they worked again. However then after a few days they failed again. This has happened a few times and every time I re-power the unit it works ok - except on the right turn signal which flashes fast on the inside console but flashes normally outside.
Now it happens regularly without the caravan attached.
All the globes seem to be OK
I don't want to replace the expensive tow module unit if it only a small wiring issue
