I changed to drl module and relay with a replacement taken from an auto wrecker. Lights are still flashing, Should I say I have bad luck and got another bad one? Typical drl module symptoms, lights stop flashing when you pull the e brake. Or turn head lights on. So try one more drl module?
My understanding is that the DRL essentially flashes the headlights on and off very quickly to produce a reduced light and make the vehicle more visible to other traffic/drivers.
I suspect you are two-for-two in having broken modules. Does the yard guarantee their parts for 30-90 days? They should do at least a 7 day... or as long as it takes for you to install and verify it doesn't work.
I do not know the test procedure and have no doc on how it should be done.

When you turn on your blinker do all of your lights blink irregularly as well? If they do it could potentially be a bad ground.
blinker, you mean the hazards? the hazards function normally. Got another modual and now the daytime running lights don't function at all. Swapped back to the old drl modual, no flashing, nothing so who cares, don't need em anyways.
