Need new shocks
ETA. It's a 2018 F150 4wd.
You mentioned that you’re probably going to put another 20K miles on it so that tells me that you’re going to replace it afterwards.
If the latter is the case, just replace them with the stock / OEM shocks or something like the yellow Bilstein shocks.
Both are very inexpensive.
Take a stroll over to RockAuto.com website for a good price on those two as well as other very affordable brands.
It's pretty much used like a car so there is really no need for any special shocks, I just wanted something a little better than OEM.
My plan is to trade the truck off when it gets close to 70k like always but that is dependent on whether or not the inventory situation is resolved in the next year/year and a half. I'm not paying the inflated prices they are asking right now.

I think the yellow Bilstein shocks would be perfect for you.
I 100% agree with you on these insanely inflated prices.
If one really doesn’t need a truck immediately, patience can be a very good friend.
I anticipate that when things start to stabilize a little, which I think will happen late this year or early next year, used and new truck prices will come back down to reality and the incentives will be back in force.
