Ford Tracker not working

Is anyone else having trouble tracking their order. The link from my production schedule email does not work. And when I put in the order number and VIN manually on Ford's website nothing comes up.

Happens often, they may be doing updates or something.

I could not get it to work via the link that ford sends however I can through the teamfordconnect.com/wheres-my-car link.

Actually showed my truck was in final prep! Never got an email that it moved to that step.

The issue of the page not populating via the emailed link is still there as of today..but as 71 stated,you can get the info by teamfordconnect.com.
