Anyone know where are all the door ajar switches located to spray WD40 stop the door ajar indicator keeping my dome lights on drains my battery unable to start my truck the next day requires a jump start is annoying.
They are located in each door latch mechanism. Do you have a laptop and the ForScan app ? You can look at the door jamb switches in operation and see which one is faulty. Do you have a cleaner like Amsoil PowerFoam or CRC Intake Cleaner ? They will clean the switch and leave a light lubricant behind. To change the switch out you have to get the latch exposed, and a quarter turn counter clockwise releases the switch from the latch bottom.
