interior lights and door dinger problem
i have 97 ford f150 and sometimes not all the time the lights inside stay on while your driving and when you arent driving plus the the door dinger dings and also the door ajar light stays on -. i have to pull the fuse out so i won't run my battery down.. thanks jim

You have a sticking door ajar switch on the drivers door. You can try spraying the latch down with WD40 and open and closing the door to free it up. If it doesnt work you need to replace the switch which is mounted on the bottom of the latch assembly inside the door.
