Maximum Trailering Capacity

Which of these numbers represent my trucks towing capacity ?, below was what listed in SPECSMaximum Trailering Capacity14000, 12500, 12200 lbs 12200.0 min 14000.0 max

those are 2016 specs. You’re in the 6.0 forum but to answer your question those are all correct depending on the engine and gear ratio. The 12.2 and 12.5 are for gas trucks and 14k is the 6.7s bumper rating.

Simple answer is the door sticker. CGVWR= the total weight of your truck and trailer. Fuel truck and add whatever equipment you’ll normally carry and weigh it on some scales at a truck stop (or estimate if you’re confident) subtract from the number on the door and that’s what’s left for towing weight. I have a similar truck and came up with 16,220lbs scaled. Other considerations are axle limit (that’s on the sticker too) wheels have limit as well as tires. Finally, there’s hitch weight, that’s on the Ford website or owners manual towing supplement. It’s a different number for tow hitch and 5th wheel. You’ll need to take the trailer to the scales with you if you want to verify you are in limits.
