How do you disconnect this?

Last thing connected before I can pull the motor and tranny. How do you take the part circled loose without tearing something up? Part of the clutch linkage.

I'll say by removing the caked dried mud then the bolts if a V8 engine bracket or frame bracket. if a I6 only frame bracket. That's called the Z-Bar in many books

Caked, dried mud on MY truck? That would never happen. Pulled the 2 frame bolts and it slid right off. Thanks. But now that the dry mud is gone, I hope the truck stays together. Previous owner didn't pay much attention to maintenance. I think it still had the original shocks.

Isn't it worth more if it's "all original"? PO was just keeping the value up!
