toasted clutch....
Well, a3 ore 4 days later I feeled that engine revs, but no acceleration. It is not good - I realised..... My clutch is really old, and I wanted to change it so I got new clutch kit and put it in van and kept driving. But it is not all, I got blue smoke from under van and smell of burning oil.....
Ouh!!!! It is really clutch day!
I pulled out DS and got a shower of oil from tranny!

Tranny was overfilled........ Oil leaked everywhere, from vent hole to clutch......

Well, I had to drain oil and refill tranny.
My friend helped me to change clutch and install tranny.

This plant is in Chelabinsk, Ural.
Really far....
They make parts for domestic market only.
Pressure plate is new too. Made in Tomsk, Syberia....
Seems to me my pressure plate was good, but I changed it too and I have an Idea to sell it as used part.....
your Aero looks like it went thru the sheep farmers sheep dip bath.
nothing stinks more than burning 75w90 with the sulfur anti wear in it.
you could drive on the salt lake beds now with no rust ever.

knew an old commercial fisherman years ago that coated the bottom of his Suburbans and trucks with fish oil. could smell his rigs coming before you saw them
that new tooth gear you made for the flywheel looks great, doing the job.
I looked at bottom of my aero and I see, really no rust.....
fortunatly no fish oil... I hate fish oil smell, really hate...
