So my ICP at idle is always reading at 725 at idle flat. No fluctuation unless I hit the gas. (Been this way since I bought the truck) This must be default readings. I swapped out the ICP harness and tried 2 Ford OEM ICPs. No difference. The truck performs the same when plugged in or unplugged (Engine running). I'm not really sure how to test this with a meter. Throwing a P1280 code.
Ive attached the codes the scanner gave me. I believe i have the wrong cluster since Only the left side of the cluster works. Previous owner gave me the cluster to install that goes with the swapped motor but the plugs dont fit. Maybe that's the indicator faults?
I was wondering if any of these codes would tell the pcm to reduce power. If not I can live with it. But if so I want to get them corrected sooner than later.
Also, i changed the fuel filter located in the fuel bowl and deleted the AIH and grounded it but still throwing a code.

Red line starts at like 3800 and end up 5000. Added a picture that's the incorrect mileage. My trucks at 168k. The check Guage light is on so maybe it's shot. Hope there's not more beyond the cluster. Only problem is I can't find the same exact cluster with the same plugs.
