Injectors bad?

Injectors bad?
I kinda already posted something about my problem but im gonna take it over here since I believe it is a fuel problem
Truck was running rough, idling at or less than 500 rpms, shaking, dies when pressing the gas etc so i replaced the following parts
Fuel pump(I can hear it turn on)
Fuel filter
Spark plugs
I have not checked the psi at the rail bc i dont really have $150 to blow on the kit to get one
it ran the same as it did before so i replaced the o2 sensor since it was past time to replace them and then the truck wont start at all now, i can spray starter fluid into intake and it starts for 1 second or so, there are no CEL and i am stumped, could it be the injectors?
Note:Ran rough because the truck sat up for a while, guy drove it for a couple months after it sat up and then it started doing what im describing and thats when i got it
