Hey Guys-
Doing some work on a friends 1977 F100 instrument cluster. The fuel guage and temperature guage were working properly, but none of the back lights were functioning. Removed cluster and it turned to dust before our eyes. Ordered new housing, lamps and circuit board and installed. All lights are good..now both fuel and temperature guages peg out....order new VR and install and same issue. Both guages were working and accurate before the removal the first time so I'm not sure where to go from here. Thinking about putting the original circuit board back and see what happens. Trying not to remove the cluster again if possible...seems every time I touch it something cracks or breaks!
