Heater questions

Is this heater missing something like perhaps a motor?
looks like it mounts in the frame to me.. does it mount on the heater and then sits on the side wall where the air duct is? Do I need a heater and a part that connects it to the hester?
Does this require a three button switch assembly. One button for the power. One each for the floor vent and the defroster.
Will a three way switch assembly from a 49-50 ford sedan work as I really like the looks of those.
Any one company make old ford parts like Danchuck does for tri-,fives?
Thanks,
Tom

The blower motor is mounted inside the PS fender and is attached to an air intake tube that runs to just above the headlight.
