rear defrost problem
Hey, first post to what looks like a great site. I have an '01 Navigator and I fired up the rear defrost for the first time since purchasing the vehicle a month ago. It looked like one of the horizontal bars was not heating up and I had a stripe of frost cutting right through my window while everythind else had melted away. Conveniently enough, it was on the way to the dealer for another warranty repair and he said they could not duplicate it and the voltage was fine across all the bars.
He also said that there might be a TSB on this very thing and that there was some easy fix.
Any help appreciated.
