Best OBD Scan Tool

I have a 2005 F-350 Super Duty with the 6.0L diesel. Can anyone recommend a good OBD scan tool? I'm looking to spend between $500 - 750. It would also be great if the scanner did diagnostics on current model cars.

What he said. Very powerful scan tool for Ford's. It does about 95% of what IDS does.
