You must have something wrong with your timing curve or your A/F ratio. Desktop dyno show peak TQ at 3250 and Peak HP at 4250 with that cam. That's 271HP and 371 TQ. Add some long headers and it says 305HP@4500 and 411TQ@2000.

I guess I was wrong I just took a look at the graphs again and they say 188Hp @ 4225 and the torque is at 260 @ about 3200
I missread the RPM's
The air fuel ratio shows about 16:1 @ about 2550. This is the max reading, it pretty much levels off at about 3000 to 5000 RPM's at 12.5:1

Might be interesting to see the real dyno scores once you get your headers on. That would be invaluable info.

when you say the c-6 eats about 25% of the fly wheel power does that mean the more you make the more it keeps eating???......eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeef.......i thought it was sort of a standard anount but i guess it isnt due to the converter.......

Yes, the more pressure you apply to the internals of a tranny the more power it will consume.
