I’ve seen many comments regarding the black appearance package and how you lose design detail of the affected part. I think this is true in pictures and when you look at the vehicle from a distance, but not so much when you’re up close. With that said, I was thinking about replacing the black grill with a sport grill in the same color. What do you guys think?
I like that sport grill. I agree the Blackout loses to much detail. The wheels and grill need some brushed aluminum or something to stand out a bit.
I'm probably not the person to advise on that since I'm unlikely to spend money on many things that are just for looks. I like them, but to cheap to by them

Seller on E-bay has an Iconic grill from the Lariat Sport Package. They show up every now and then but this is the first Iconic I've seen. Thinking about grabbing it because I was thinking of changing the grill ever since I picked up the truck.

That's harsh. LOL. I've been waiting on one for 7 month so far.
As for the silver vs black, I prefer the black but haven't received mine yet and had to live with it in person. There is a Silverado that passes me every morning with the black. grill. I like it.

I really don’t see any beauty in blackout this or blackout that..
The package is obviously popular. Every other truck is a black out look-a-like. Which makes bright trim less common.
