2012 SUPER DUTY 6.7
I bought this truck a couple years ago, when I purchased it the High beam function would not work. Seller stated that it needed new multi-function switch, I put two in it with no luck. The flash to pass function works but high beams will not. Recently the high beams will come on all by itself and stay on unless I pull fuse (high beam indicator stays on in dash, which will not allow low beams to function) which also coincides with wet/rainy conditions. I am taking it to dealer next week to hopefully get the problem diagnosed, which leads to my next question. The truck has been fully deleted for off road use and has a EZLYNK SOFT TUNE. If I take it to dealer and they start rooting around and flashing things will it be disastrous? Will I loose my tune and be stuck with a "bricked truck"? How can I avoid this if possible?

It sounds like you have a bad connection in your wiring, probably under the hood, just my opinion though.
If you take it to the dealer, you're going to have to tell them it's been deleted and it has a custom tune and if they reflash a stock tune on it, it might turn it into a brick, then it'll be on them if they even want to touch it. If you have a way to back up to custom tune, that would be number 1 priority so it can be re-loaded if it screws up if / when they mess with it....again, just my opinion.
Doesnt sound like its worth the trouble taking it to a dealer. Your concerns are valid. Also doesnt sound like that hard of an issue to trace...but I have my own problems so who am I to say how hard something is?
Look at the back of the headlight wiring for any open green chaffed wiring. Try and follow as far as you can. Once the wiring enters the big loom you'll need a schematic but they go back to the fuse box. That's where I'd start.
Sorry about that, it is a 2012 super duty. I realize the tune doesn't have anything to do with the problem, my question was if they reflash everything would i lose my tuning. And would the solution to that be as easy as re-installing the tune?

As I said before, Make sure you have your custom tune backed up and saved. Hopefully you have the EZlink software to re-install the tune if it gets messed up.
Did you figure out the lights?
