‘22 hard downshift when towing
My ‘22 with the 10-speed has been flawless on its shifting except ONLY when towing my trailers (4K and 15k pounds).
everything is great until it downshifts from 3rd-2nd or 3rd-1st.
i get a very noticeable jar when it downshifts, but only leaving 3rd.
No other gear gives issue and nothing during up shift.
soon as I unhook the trailer, it’s smooth as butter again. Ideas???

Mine does the hard downshift when towing too, not every time, but often enough.
I've asked and was told at the dealer that nothing is wrong with it.
If it is going to crap out, I hope it does it before the extended warranty is up.
