Single cab cup holders

I recently purchased have a 92 f150 single cab and noticed it doesnt have any cup holders. I was wondering if anyone on here had come up with any solutions without having to bolt a aftermarket console to the floor.

I've never seen a particularly good solution. Other than a roll of duct tape sitting on the transmission tunnel. Which works really well, it sticks to the tunnel, it holds your coffee cup, and you have duct tape when you need it.

Ford had a cup holder tray that attaches to some special shaped bolts at the lower front center of the bench seat. Even the non cup holder benched have the provisions for this cuphold, but will need to insert the appropriate u-nuts into the seat frame.
I will see if I can locate a picture of it.

EDIT:

I have one on a shelve that I got out of wrecking yard it it was like $15.

here are some but I sure wouldn't pay $125 for them:

They had cup holders from the factory that would mount to the front of the seat, you can check and see you’ll see two posts that look similar to the strikers on the door. I have a tan single cup cup holder and a blue double one if you need it still

EDIT
saw the guy above me explained it sorry to tell you stuff you already know

How exactly do these bolt things attach to that front? basically, with u nuts, I could theoretically have the perfect spot to mount any old dusty plastic cupholder?

Because I have one of these and if those spots are where I think yall are saying id be a nice way to secure that so that it also moves with the seat. right? I dont care about the looks, I have a harbor freight U nut set with the screws for them, I would use bolts if it works better.

Even my truck with standard bench seat and no cup holder from factory has the holes in the seat frame for the bolts.
You need to locate the two holes above the transmission hump and yes you will need to install U-nuts.
Not sure if it will work for a non Ford cup holder though.

That doesn't look like any 92-97 Ford cup holder I've seen before.
Are you sure of what this came out of?

If you still have this, I'd like to purchase it from you. Unfortunately I am unable to send you a private message with my contact info. Likely because I just created my account for this. Maybe try sending me a message if you see this.

Buy it if you can. I got one off eBay for my 'new' 95. It hurt my feelings to poke holes in my brand new upholstery, but at least the cupholder covers them. I had to get the studs separately and the u-nuts at Autozone. I wish the little lip in the front would hold more, and the cup holes work with all sizes of paper and styrofoam cups but not so well with travel mugs. I keep a microfiber cloth over one hold and it holds my Yeti well enough.
