Based on what I'm seeing elsewhere I doubt it. There's one place that might have the Crower rods but I can't justify two grand on rods for a mild HP application.
One International tech I spoke with said that, per their manual, there's no indication that they are "torque to yield" or need replacement assuming they are in good condition. I have a line out to another tech who'll get back to me next week.

Unless they have been stretched to braking point.
Maybe try to source bolts by specs only?

I like the idea behind finding a bolt by spec. The trouble is trying to find the exact spec of the rod bolt.
