He repairs Ford SuperDuty mirrors and sells lots of parts for them. I purchased 2 folding arm mechanisms for my 2020 F350 mirror. Saved me from buying a $1500 mirror.
He also has a repair service - you can call him and explain the problem and see if he can fix it and what it would cost.
On YouTube there is a channel called PTT with Arod - here is a video on DIY repair of the mirror -

Did you ever find the part number? Did the same thing yesterday when replacing the the top of the mirror that someone hit in the parking lot. Also, did you get a BLIS error after taking the mirror off the truck? If so how did you fix it?
