Mirror glass replacement
My drivers side mirror glass fell out. We were westbound I 10 east of Houston when it just fell out. Heating wires held it for a while, but finally let go.
Amazingly it did not break the glass. Good old Duct Tape and we were able to continue with our fifth wheel RV.
It is the weekend, so I siliconed it back to the mount. I don't know how long it will hold. One of the mounting snaps is broken and gone.
I guess my question is, is the glass replaceable? or should I look for a used parts mirror. Thanks guys Jim
