19 puts it at the end of the waiting line for retail orders, meaning that if a dealer has a group of orders, the 19 gets chosen last.
Best priority code for standard retail orders is 10, those would get selected before a 19.

Some dealers will use it to try and keep you ahead of those that ordered after you. Unfortunately, it doesn’t mean much to Ford these days. It really only matters if there is another customer with a very similar build in the dealers queue then the lower priority might get selected. Both dealer and Ford would rather build a truck they can and Ford will select the one that is a better fit in the dealers open order book.
