Can you guys tell me how the CEL codes are registered?

Are they listed in the bank as first in? Or, order of importance? Etc.

Is there a date and time stamp when the codes are generated? Is there a way to see a time stamp with Torque Pro?

I've had the same P0170 code and now a P06EA come in. I'm trying to determine which code gets generated first.
