Agressive, but point well made. I'd suggest, sitting down with a clipboard on hand with the sheet very clearly visible -- with repeated referencing to it.......
Of course, while speaking in a soft voice......the art of effective communications...it works sooo well when you have paperwork to which to go-----particularly, when you want a time period to do some "thinking"...........
