Hello. I have 2019 F-250 4x4 XLT screw with 35k mi. 2 weeks ago I was stuck on a snowy/icy hill. I had the truck in 4LO to creep out and while make a right turn the power steering pump blew. Ford replaced it under warranty but when I got the truck back it drives horribly. I swear I feel every little bump and groove in the road. The wheel sorta feels like it is pulsating. The truck used to drive very smoothly before this repair.
Any idea why it is like this now and what should be done? I am going to take it back to the dealer but wanted to get some input in the mean time.
Thanks!

Reason: typo
Did they have the steering box off as well to check it for damage or something?
Maybe when they put it back together they didn't get it aligned properly.
Or, possibly, something in the steering got bent when you jammed up the wheel that caused the steering pump to blow.
how did it blow just creeping in 4lo ? maybe you turned hard at the end of it moving range. if they had the pump off air would get in the system. probly they didnt know how to get the air out. or worst case the gear box some how is damaged
Truck is at dealer, luckily they were able to replicate my concerns. Technician says intermediate steering shaft is shot. We'll see if that does the trick.
UPDATE. After replacing intermediate steering shaft they found that the right upper tie rod was bad too. Got the truck back this morning and drove all day. All is good with those repairs.
