With electrical issues, always start at the power source. Battery and connections good? Fuses good? Relays good? Wiring good? Component good?
Most new vehicles' power outlets are switched on and off by a computer. Without the wiring diagram I couldn't tell you which one, which fuse(s) or which relay(s) control the power outlets.
Any recent changes or additions to the pickup? What happened right before they quit?
Unusual problem. All five of my 12V power outlets went out at once. I’ve researched everything I can think of but nothing comes up. Any suggestions?
Assuming the 06 F350 in your signature. If something else, it is necessary for you to explicitly identify the subject vehicle and to ignore the following as it won't apply to newer models.
The factory diagrams show the 06 SD only has a single power point plus the cigar lighter. Those are run off CJB fuses F04 and F12 respectively.
I'd have to assume that the additional power points were added after the truck left the factory. If so, the additional points may have spliced into one of those original sources so check their fuses first. If they are okay, then look for additional circuits which may have been added, possibly through the upfitter's circuits.
Nothing computerized about these circuits on this truck, that concern can be removed.
Have you checked for ALWAYS HOT power to the respective fuses in the fusebox?
All five went out simultaneously.
And what happened to cause (or cause to be recognized) that "simultaneous" failure? Given the way the circuits are spread across multiple fuses, connectors, grounds and harnesses, it would seem highly unlikely that such an event would occur. Not impossible, but HIGHLY unlikely as that would require multiple simultaneous failures. Have you considered that whatever you're using to test the outlets my not be working?
