I noticed its not giving me any LTFTs anymore and when I scan for codes it says "possible problems" and gives this in the advanced data. It's also idling between 800-900 rpms.
I took it into another shop and they replaced the fuel injectors and did a smoke test and said the throttle body was leaking from the the butterfly valve on the side so they replaced the throttle body also and the codes are still coming back. Does anyone have any idea's? Hate to give up on a clean 10th gen with 140000 miles.
EDIT: The only codes that are present are p0171 and p0174.

Reason: adding codes
P0171 and P0174 Right and Left Bank Lean. I fought this problem on my 2002 F150 4.2L for 2 years. After resetting the computer, no light on and the engine cold I would start and Idle in Park. The check engine light and fault code would show up just before the engine would stabilize at its running temperature. The engine idled for about 2 minutes before the light came on. I knew about the Ford Service Bulletin that was a cause for getting Lean bank fault codes but I was in denial. I replaced the o2 sensors, Map sensor, the IAC solenoid, the EGR valve, the PVC valve with no luck fixing the problem. Then I figured as the engine got hot the intake manifold expanded enough to cause an air leak around the intake manifold Isolator bolts and grommets. Replacing the isolator Bolts and grommets fix the problem. There are 4 little plastic intake manifold vacuum retainer bushings that can crack out and cause vacuum problems. They should have been replaced when you changed the Isolator bolt Grommets. Hope this helps Good Luck
