All that 3254 means is it is a seal. You need a MPC to figure out which one you need. I'm sure this isn't what you are looking for, but it would have a PN like this. Ford Oil Seal C6TZ-3254-C NEW | eBay
A search for "66 F100 front axle oil seal" on the search engine of your choice will give plenty of results including a for sale listing that says its C6TZ-3254-C. I do not guarantee the accuracy of those search results, but took longer to write this than search.

Appreciate the response, but I've done multiple searches in that fashion and they haven't yielded me useful results so I wasn't certain I had the right PN. All the parts houses list the outer axle seal for a '66 F100 Dana 44 as National 40769s, which is a 2.3" outer diameter, or when I search specifically for C6TZ-3254-C, it shows the OEM NOS seal as 2.8" OD, however, my Dana 44 has a 2.0" diameter bore. Not sure why there's a discrepancy.
This is what I found in the MPC. I am an amateur, but it appears there may be two seals depending on the Serial number. Could also be a C6TZ-3254-B. I am assuming it is for the 66 F100 4x4 in your signature
After searching around for PN C6TZ-3254-C, the consensus seemed to be that it corresponds to Timken 5131, however, found after buying it I found it isn't even close to fitting in the housing, as it's much too small. Next, I searched for the C6TZ-3254-B part which seemed to point to the Yukon YMS40769s, which specifically states it's for a Dana 44, 19-spline axle, however it also didn't fit as it was too large to fit in the smaller section of the housing.
I ended up calling a few 4x4 parts houses and they didn't have any idea what seal goes on the outer housing, all their references just pointed to the inner seal. Finally, I just took 654x4 advice and looked up the Napa seal, which cross references to the SKF 13568 and Timken 480570. After a bit more digging I settled on the Timken 472258, which is the same dimensionally to 480570, just the seal is a double seal design, instead of the single seal design of 480570.
