00 excursion wired noise and vibration
Recently I broke the driver rear shock mount causing an awful hmmm noise and vibration after 45 mph. Had to drive a day like that and then fixed it. Now between 40-50 mph when I let off the gas or put it in neutral it sounds and feels like I am driving on the bumps on tthe shoulder. After 50 it is not as bad but still there. Like I said it doesn’t do it when on the gas just letting off and even does it in neutral coasting. Does anybody have any thoughts on fixing this?

Does the noise appear to be coming from the same area as the failed shock mount?
Have you gotten under the vehicle to inspect and shake everything you could put your hands on?
At this point, everything is suspect from an exhaust hanger to U-joints to loose caliper to axle bearings.

Upper or lower mount? The lower being basically just a u-bolt and bracket it's pretty easy for them to get out of whack. Any idea what may have caused the mount to break? Old and rusty, previous collision, those kinds of things? Had a look for missing wheel weights yet or tread/sidewall damage
