I think the seats look pretty nice the way they are. Unless there's some damage we can't see, I don't think I'd bother covering them and just enjoy them as is. My 2c.

They are Grey and I am going with saddle tan. Already have the carpet. Upholstery shop wants 1500 to 2000 to recover them. I am wanting to save money so I can replace the wood in my bed. Will have the seats redone later
Hello. Could they be rear seats out of a van? That still doesn't help much. If on a budget, you could go to piknpull. I got mine for 30.00 a piece, vinyl , and look real good. Black seats are more abundant, tan might be harder to find. Still probably cheaper than seat covers. Good luck with your project. Larry
I would get the interior done before worrying about the bed wood put a piece of 3/4" plywood or Aluminum diamond plate and enjoy your truck with a NEW clean interior like you want---Sorry just my 2 cents-- Good luck
If your seats are in good shape. I'd look into Colorbond. It's spray paint for fabric and plastics. I saw it on one of the automotive channels and it covered really well with no flaking or pealing.
