Got side shift 3 speed installed in 49 F1. Adjusted rods, shifted thru gears pretty good, replaced bushings. Went out yesterday to start truck to move it and gears seem to be stuck. Crawled underneath and unhooked rods from shift levers to see if they moved. One lever would move neutral to 2nd only and other lever moved only between neutral/reverse. Pulled case cover, inspected forks, looked inside then put cover back on, resetting forks. Same deal. Whats ammed up? Ideas?

I had a similar issue with my 3 speed. Check out this link. it might be what is wrong with yours
Thanks Indibeer. Took cover off again yesterday, put back on. I think i maybe had possibly the R/1 fork tweeked or something. Now I can shift arms into all gears although 1st doesn't seem like going in real solidly. Maybe when I get linkage hooked up and truck under power it well settle.
For what it’s worth, both of my trucks when sitting still can be tough to hit all 4 gears. Once you get the gear oil heated up and the engine is running it seems to hit all 4 a little better.
