If you didn't mark it before removing it, you'll have to re-time it.

Ok just got it all it back together after replacing phasers, chains, tensioners, guides, vct solenoids, the whole timing kit. Filled my oil filter up with 5w30 double checked my oil drain plug, since I dropped the pan and cleaned it out, started to fill up with antifreeze, got the first gallon in, started to top it off and all of a sudden it sounded like a river underneath my truck, got back under the truck and antifreeze is pouring out from somewhere on the passenger side above the oil pan, I still have the fenderwell off but can't see where it's coming from. I went through and double checked everything before filling with fluids. I'm so pissed I have no idea what or where or how it happened or what caused it nor how to fix it any ideas would be greatly appreciated right now. I thought I had it whooped finally and then this crap. Thanks in advance, oh yea it's on my 08 F150 5.4l Supercrew Lariat 4wd with 208,xxx miles
