99 f250 small problems?

I bought this truck (1999 f250 super duty 7.3) about 2 months ago and have acouple minor issues I’ve just been living with but curious if they’re all related.

Wipers only work after the truck has been running for probably 5-10 minutes. After that they’ll work the rest of the day fine until I shut the truck off, then it’s another waiting game. All speeds work too.

windshield sprayer does not work at all, does not activate wipers if I hit it.

high beams down won’t if I flip the switch back, light on the dash doesn’t come on either. But if I hold it towards me they both come on and work as long as I hold it there.

hazards light do not work, same as above, no blinking on the dash and lights themselves do not blink. But all my blinker and brake light do work all the time.

It seems like it would just need the blinker switch replaced since it all seems tied into that but don’t really want to replace it if it seems like something else is the cause of it??

Replace the left side multi control arm. That's the one that controls the directional, high beams and wipers.
