I'm upgrading my audio. This is kind of a first for me diving into audio. Am I missing anything in my list below that I plan to install? I have a 2020 F350 w/ B&O. Thanks for any opinions.
1. Nav-TV Zen A2B
2. JL Audio C1-690 (60w @ 4 ohms) & C1-650X (50w @ 4 ohms) Doors
3. PAC APH-FD02 wire harness. So I don't have to cut the stock speaker plug.
4. Infinity Kappa Five 5 ch. (75w x4 @ 4 ohms plus 350w sub amp)
5. Infinity REF1000S 10" shallow mount subwoofer (200 watt 2 or 4 ohm selectable)
6. Supercrew sub enclosure (https://www.supercrewsound.com/product1389.html) or something similar or I'll build one
7. 4 ga power and ground from battery
8. Dynaliner for doors
Keep us posted on the build. I am curious as to how that box works out, looks like they recommend moving the seat forward a 1/2".
The moving of the seat is why I think I'll probably build my own. Not much goes into one like that. Whatever I build will be 10x better than the factory box...
Everything else should be here this week, so that's the last piece of the puzzle I think. It doesn't sound like I really need a DSP. Digital Signal Processor for those that don't know. Alot of the higher end amps have them integrated now I guess.

Does the B&O sound that bad? I used Focal speakers in my 17 with JL Amp and Sub.
I hope I'm not biting myself not having a DSP. My amp doesn't have it. I can always add it later if I do end up needing it, but I probably should have just bit the bullet and gone with a JL amp with integrated DSP.
I'm already at $1,580 without the sub box. I didn't want to go over $1,000 on the amp...
For those that want to see some real current figures:
NavTv Zen a2b $631
JL Audio spkrs & tweeters C1-690 & C1-650x $368
Infinity Kappa 5ch amp $315 (normally $680)
Infinity ref1000s subwoofer $100
2 ga copper, not cca, wire 25'x2 $68
ANL fuse and term lugs $15
Dynaliner $49
If it’s not too late, I’d scrap the 5 channel and go with kicker key amps. Build in auto dsp.
My amp already showed up today. After getting lost in a sea of amps I pulled the trigger on the Infinity. It seemed like the best bang for my bucks. I didn't really know much about DSP until doing alot of studying the last few days. I'll probably end up with a stand alone DSP or sell the Infinity and get the JL like I really wanted. My guess is I'll be more than happy with what I've got. I've never had a system other than factory or an Alpine with an eq I didn't really know how to use and fifteen 6x9s on the back dash back in the 80s lol
I've made a little headway. I sound proofed the doors and installed the front speakers. I'm still going to make panels where the clear plastic sheet is. It doesn't get much easier. The rear speakers came with front speaker adapters unfortunately so they obviously didn't fit. I ordered the other Metra adapter for three screws. Hopefully that will work.
I also ran the 4 ga power wires from the battery.
The last thing was a try and fail on installing a sub box. The one from Hifisoundconnection does not fit. It's listed as fitting 17 and up, but it's not even close.

Back in the early '90s this was just becoming popular. I had a '85 Cutlass, blacked out, Cragar wheels, etc. I was a junior and senior in HS and I literally drained my bank account on that cars audio system. Upgraded front and back dash speakers, dome tweeters, an EQ, Clarion head unit that played cassette tapes, 6 channel Amp for the highs and a 2 channel amp for the 10" subs (Hollywood Bass Tubes they were called). You just brought back some of my greatest car memories. I remember my dad giving me hell because he came home from work one day and I had the seats and carpet on the front lawn because I wanted to "rewire my system" so it sounded better.

I love it! I had an 80 Grand Prix that I put a 400 in for my first car. I also had an 80 Cutlass. Just two of too many over the years...

That 85 Cutlass could fit 5 people (in theory), but I only allowed 2. I didn't want anyone in the back seat interfering with the bass. That back seat stayed propped down at all times.....unless I had a female in the car.
