Water is running from gutter above driver door, down the seal, and onto step. It pools in the front of the step due to truck sitting slightly nose low. As soon as I open the door, water pours out.
These trucks do not have the tighter tolerances that newer vehicles do. Has the cab settled? Are your doors aligned as best they can be? If you realign them now, the door seals, by now settled in, may need to be changed again. Is that channel rusted through?
How are your window sweeps? Even if new they wont keep water out of the door. Any water/snow collected on the glass will drain through the inside of the door cavity and can puddle on the step.
No settling I can see and channel isn’t rusted through. Door is in good alignment (the passenger door isn’t and it doesn’t leak!). Might get a new seal for the driver side and reposition it slightly. Also might put a small rudder, triangular dam on the door frame to keep the water from flowing into the foot well.
