It was raining today and I found water inside the bottom of door sill underneath the foot plate. Is water getting under there normal and suppose to drain? There was a pretty big puddle till I used a towel to sponge it out.

 

I don't think that is a common problem. If the truck was sitting in the rain I'd check the seal around the top of the door or if you were driving it check the seal along the bottom.
