Today I noticed that my truck has a slight lean to the driver side. (7.3, 350 srw) I grabbed a tape and sure enough the driver side is about 1" lower than the passenger. Does ford warranty this or no? If not is there anything I can do about it that won't void the warranty? Could I buy a 1" level kit and only install the driver side or will that cause problems? Thanks for anyone who can help.
Ya I did that. There was a whole lot of people asking about it with little resolution. Thats why I thought Id try here.
Some people have put spacers in, I'm not sure if Ford does a warranty fix. Call your dealership and see what they say about it, they may blow you off so just be aware. I don't blame you, once you know you can't stop seeing it...
It's not specific to Super Dutys. If anyone watches TFL Truck when they measure fender well height before and after hooking up a trailer to determine sag I'm sure you've noticed that about every truck they test sits lower on one side.
Your box is probably misaligned too but within Ford's margin of error. One rear tire sticks out more than the other. Just enough to notice the difference. They won't fix that either.

But they did fix the misalignment between the cab and bed on my 2017. They moved the cab over 3/8" under a 12-month "adjustments" warranty.
