Deleted trucks
147k miles on a 2016 6.7L all original. No issues to date and truck is used for local towing 20mi radius. Had a 2013 6.7L prior and it was completely deleted. The 2013 returned 3-6mpg better than my 2016. If I keep my 2016 I will delete it for the sole reason of better mpg.
My 2017 had 141K mostly problem free. I had a stored code for DPF differential pressure that never threw on a MIL, but was present every time I scanned the truck. Research on it was inconclusive. I had no issue driving it other than getting annoyed at the MPG loss when it would regen. My father in law had 180K on his 2018 F350 dually without a single issue that wasn't self-inflicted. He had some body damage and went through tires like no ones business, but he pulls a 40ft gooseneck daily. Not a truck on the road that works harder than his.
That said, we both deal-eated our trucks within the last month. We did the work ourselves and really only did it because we found Black Friday deals on all the parts and split the cost of the tuner. Couldn't afford NOT to type of deal. I am glad I did it but was also happy with the truck being bone stock. Our trucks don't smell and they're not much loader than before and definitely no coal rolling.

My 17 350 was perfect after 5 years, 33k miles. My 22 450 at 2k is running very well and is insanely fast. Seems to regen differently than the 17 but is doing great. Glad to run them stock and there obviously was alot of engineering put into these trucks.
My '17 just hit 130k miles. Rolled mostly in south Louisiana but 2 years spent in Palmer, Alaska. Replaced batteries last spring and had A/C compressor replaced at 70k miles under warranty. No other issues. Light towing (<8k lbs) every other weekend.
2019 with 158,000 miles here. No issues other than death wobble around 85k that was fixed with alignment and steering stabilizer. Lots of highway and towing miles, which as previously stated, helps the emissions side function properly. I have a fleet of Ford diesels and have had very little issue with the emissions. I do have one 2017 F-450 that had a problem, and that one is now deleted. Have a couple now with over 200k, and had a 2014 that was stilling running strong at 260k when I sold it. I don't think its a bad idea to delete when a problem arrises, but I'm of the opinion if it aint broke don't fix it.
