Thinking about ordering a 22 7.3 4.30s CCLB 4x4 from Chapman, Horsham with 4pct under invoice. Thinking Lariat, value package and sport package. I was leaning towards the black package, but I think I can save a few bucks by getting a black truck and just getting the wheels powdered. Taking the tan leather and 5th wheel, spray, they are thinking 8 months to order. Sounds about right reading the build threads.
All lariat trucks come with power pedals correct?
I'm taking the 11400 gvw in hopes of getting the hydroboost brakes, and leaving off the camper package to get the 20 inch wheels, and adding the sway bar later. Anything I'm missing?
Just thinking out loud.

Yes, Lariats come with power pedals. Only trucks with 12,400 (aka F350, 6.7, 4x4, LWB) and above GVWR get hydro-boost brakes

There is another thread where it was posted several times that certain gas configurations get it too. I think they were saying GVWR above 11,500...like 11800, 11900.
I'd go ahead and put the order in sooner rather than later.
I agree but it may work perfectly as I have a 2019 f150 stx that goes off lease in Sept.

I didn't see an option to get ithe gvw that high. Am I derating when I select the 11400?

I read it may differ

Must be what I read.. I had an 08 v10 cclb 4x4 and the brakes never seemed like enough. I changed master cylinder, calipers, pads rotors and bled 100x and don't want that experience again.
When you see a GVWR selection on the build page it's a derate.
Thank you. I haven't seen that written anywhere and the selector doesn't really explain the option. This truck will have like a 4700 lb Payload. That's unreal. My 08 v10 optioned similarly was only a little under 3k. In fact, I sold it for a dually at the time. I'm hoping to keep this one and think it will be hard to overload with a camper with 20k of towing and payload that high. I do tow other things but 5th wheel campers really bring the pin weight.
Was toying around the same idea until I started reading the issues with the 10 speed transmission. My luck would have it that I order a new truck and have the tranny issue. Think I will stick with my 19' 250 with 6800 on the clock.
Looking at this chart, the f250 has max Payload of 3040 (must be non diesel? ), and the F350 I'm looking at potentially has 4790. Question is how do I know of I'll get the 4790 as the f250 chart is much more concise. As mentioned before I'm hoping that the 11900 is the case for the hydroboost brakes.
I'm still looking for that thread.
Those payload numbers are for those GVWR, cab and wheelbase setups, but are also maximum numbers. Those numbers can realistically only be reached with a stripped down, no extra options truck. I would guess with the 11900 GVWR the truck you want wil have closer to 4300 on sticker. When you are ready to order the dealer should show you an order preview. That order preview lists the msrp, invoice pricing, and will also show the GVWR included for that build.

I wouldn't even be considering this if it wasn't for my lease f150 about to bring me $10k more than I can buy it for. Combine that with the 4pct under invoice and I'm just riding the inflation wave.
The 10 speed in my f150 with the 2.7 is a really good setup. So hopefully they can get the heavy duty version ironed out with some software tweaks.
