Voice activation
When I activate the voice activation system and tell it to send a text message to one of my contacts it says in order to use this feature you must upload your contacts and they're already there. If I send a text through Android audio by pressing the mic button on the screen it works wonder what the problem is

How old is your phone? And do you have the latest Ford App on your phone to sync with the truck?
I had an older Samsung Galaxy Note and Some things would work and others wouldn’t until I upgraded the nine year old phone.
Once I downloaded the latest app everything worked great. No more dropped calls, and other odd things.

The phone is a brand new Galaxy Z fold and the truck is new and everything on the phone is updated. I did find out that if you are using the Android auto you can press and hold the voice activation for 2 seconds it switches to the Android auto and will let you send texts
