EEC-IV processor for 1987 F-250 Custom

EEC-IV processor for 1987 F-250 Custom
Does anyone know if/where I can get a replacement EEC-IV processor (E7TF -12a650-BC1A) for my F-250 Custom (302 eng, 4 spd overdrive auto, 4x4)?
Ford tells me this part is obsolete !!
Or does anyone know where I can find out which processor is close enough to work in this truck ?

I know Ford no longer supplies these ... There are aftermarket ones available . I know some are good quality , some are less than acceptable . Ill have to ask ...will post back with the names and locations of where you might purchase a good quality one .

Ok Rick ,
That EEC IV is still available from Ford ...Revised Part Number E8TZ 12A650 AGA . It lists for $215.38 / Wholesales for $189.75 . There is also $100.00 core charge for your old one ...Which means that you get a $100 credit for yours when you get the new one , Otherwise add $100 to the prices I quoted you . Hope this helps you out .
