I know it's bad form to reply to my own post, but...
From what i've found since the first post in this thread it appears that the 95 California EEC-IV is what I'm after. Can someone confirm that F3TF-VA or VB are the EEC-IV computer and program codes for a 4.9 SFI MAF w/MT? And whether or not they are supported by either SCT and/or Diablo chips?

That's not the program codes, at least not the one we program the computer by. What you listed is the part number/calibration id.
The code needed to program the SCT or Diablo will be in one of the following formats on a decal on the computer:
LNLN
LLLN
LNL
L = letter
N = number
