I have been looking too but I think Napa or Kragens has them.
When I did mine last year, no direct fit was available. I had to get one close in dimensions and make adjustments because the tubes were not correct layout and it was thinner. If interested I documented it in my F250 project thread. Happy to answer any questions and help.
Starts post 498 “The new heater core was in stock at NAPA! Thanks Steve, jiminn, & 1960fordf350. the aluminum one will work nicely for $30. The radiator shop wanted $265 to recore mine...
I will use foam and then replacement will be the easy to get one Ready-Aire 398001 (napa number is NH9010244)”
I ordered that heater core on Amazon. It's about 1/2 thinner and a tad smaller. I was trying to find your thread but didn't have any luck. Can you copy and paste the thread? I'm curious to see what you used to seal it up on both sides. TYIA

Just some foam rubber to fill it in, like what they sell to insulate water pipe!
