Years of hard use have practically ruined the carpet in the front and back seat areas of my 98 expy. What I was thinking would be great is if I could find a "carpet kit" that was made of rubber or some other non-staining material that I could replace the stock carpeting with. I could then get some plush floormats to sit on top of that for the comfy barefoot feel.
Does anyone know if such non-carpet carpet kits exist, and where I could find them?
thanks!
Dean

Various manufacturers use sheet neoprene in several thicknesses like wet suit material. That would be soft, waterproof and easy to form, cut and glue. See if you can find something on Google or contact a wet suit maker.
Hope this helps.
