piston ring cross usages

On my shelf I have 3 boxes of Hastings rings for a straight 6 300 that are 4.030. My Cleveland is 4.030. This has me thinking if I can use these rings in the Cleveland. My thinking is they seem to be correct in sizes. after some cross referencing (Hastings site) the make up of the rings are as follows.

300CI X3 boxes

2m295
1st steel plasma moly
2nd grey iron phosphate
oil steel rail/ Chrome rail
stainless

351CI (has no engine style break down but 3 sets)

2m139
1st steel plasma moly
2nd grey iron phosphate
oil steel rail/ Chrome rail
stainless

2c139
1st grey iron Triple Chrome
2nd grey iron Phosphate
oil steel rail/ Chrome rail
stainless

139
1st grey iron Phosphate
2nd grey iron phosphate
oil steel rail/ Chrome rail
stainless

My thinking is I should be ok using the 2m529 as a set of 2m139 with the same material make up.

My question is, from my readings the plasma/moly top ring will take the heat of my Cleveland usage. non racing street engine. with a cam ground for optimal 5500 rpm.

any feedback on ring properties/usages in a Cleveland?

cheers

Make sure the ring depths are the same. The oil rings could be different .170 vs. .190. Is saving $35 worth it.
