Made a GPS mount out of some scrap stainless. Tried it the other day and am very pleased. Does not block any view as it is below the hood line, don’t need to take my eyes off the road, and it is very steady. The dash compartment door holds it in place. I darkened it a tad, but may paint it or darken it more if the sun glares off of it.
