FORSCAN and injector wiring

2004 F350, 6.0: I replaced all three pigtails to the FICM, and had the FICM repaired .. Ran the FORscan injector electrical test twice and no errors found, I do think then my wiring is correct and not cross wiring to the pigtails. Looking for assurance my logic is correct,, or if you know another way I can test my wiring before starting the truck.

thanks

Seems to me you have pretty much covered the bases.
I don't know there is much else to do but turn the key and fire it up.

There are breakout boxes on the market (e.g. 80-pin Mercury) that work on Ford and International, but you're looking at several hundred dollars. I own my share of breakout boxes, but generally use my 20-yr old Fluke Automotive 88 DVOM, Ohms Law, and electrical diagrams to validate pin outs on harnesses I've built -- this is an easy (but time consuming) last step to protect the FICM or injector (solenoids) from frying.

It helps to know the year of the truck. This one your working on is that the 2004?

This set of diagrams is the wrong year but should give the needed harness info
so you can check your work. If I can get to the Workbook files later today
I will post the 2004 info for you.

With the ICP sensor behind the Turbo, or on the Passenger side valve cover?
