Seat Swap

I'm looking at purchasing a 2009 E350 and the previous owner took the seats out and does not have them anymore. The owner states that he has a newer model e350 (2014 was the last year they were made?) so I'm curious if 2014 seats are interchangeable in a 2009 set up?

Any help is appreciated.

They should fit---assuming no modifications to the seat bases or the mounting bolt locations in the floor pan.
